Taco Bell

Quite often, I drive past at least 7 other Taco Bells to come to this one. It is consistently the best tbell in the Greater Cleveland area, and you won’t find a challenger until you get to Erie. East side, West side, South side, doesn’t matter. My food has never been unsatisfactory. Literally never. There is very rarely a line at the drive thru. They work fast, and get it right. I’m usually still fumbling my purse to put my wallet back when my food is ready. Most of the drive thru workers are very friendly, without asking the stupid dangerous pointless question, “how are you today?” They get to the point of asking me what I want, with a pleasant tone. No more or less than is required; all the tacos with none of the existential crises. The location is convenient to travelers on both the 90 and the 2. The parking lot is very navigable, but note that going straight from the drive thru is a right turn only; but you can go around to the light to go East on the 20. It’s really the best, and I eat here often enough that if they had any glaring problems, I would be telling you. Heartily, bravo. To be clear, I don’t go inside often at all, just through the drive thru. So I can’t judge the atmosphere fairly. To corporate, please acknowledge the culture here that has repeatedly made me smile, and made me full.

Went through the drive thru, everything was fine, the only thing I'd recommend is changing the online ordering to allow for different options. Like... I have dental sensitivity to cold things, so I prefer no ice in my drinks... can't choose that. They have a number of drinks in the store that aren't listed as options, so when I go, I have no choice but to order what's available and then get their attention at the window before they make my drink... or ask for changes at the ordering kiosk... either way... it's a pain for everyone... especially when they're busy. It's not the store's fault... it seems to be an oddest with ordering from the app or online, as this is the same case at EVERY Taco Bell.

Visited again yesterday and the crew once again did an amazing job in reminding me why this is my favorite Taco Bell. They are fast, they prepare the food and wrap it neatly, they got everything right (which is saying something about a big order with several modifications during a rush). They were friendly. Store was clean. People were smiling and happy to help rather than that 'being held against their will' look so many places give their employees these days. Always my favorite one, because they earn it every time.

This is the best Taco Bell I have been to in ages. The service is better than most other places, they are efficient and straight to the point but also generous. This is also one of the few locations to have reopened their interior for dine-in. This location is a bit more expensive than others, but that is made up with the fact that the food is actually made fresh and not microwaved like other Taco Bells. The food is actually hot and tasty. The lobby and dine-in section are very clean. Only downside is that the soft drink machine had no Dr. Pepper syrup left, so there was no Dr. Pepper at the soft drink fountain.
