I’m reading these reviews and wondering if they completely changed staff again. The staff I encountered placing my order and at the drive thru window were wonderful. They were pleasant and quick. My order was ready right away and the food was fine. Maybe they were all just having a great day but it was wonderful to get such great service.

6pm, nearly no one in drive thru line. got told we had to make an order online because they had no staff to take orders inside, but you can’t become less lazy to punch in a password for 5 minutes? So went through drive thru, weren’t allowing people to pull up to the window until their food was done??? this location is pathetic. needs new ownership or a completely different franchise. straight trash.

Never will go back to this place. We were lacking 4 pieces of chicken and called them about it and they never answered the phone. Called the next day and they said they couldnt do anything about it because it was to late. She said the Manager would call which never happened. As much as you pay for this stuff at least they could get the order right. I wish I didnt have to leave a star, they dont deserve it. They promised the GM would call and she didnt so making sure all my friends and their friends finds out about this.

I really hate people not doing there jobs. They gave us wrong flavors of pop didn't even fill it up all they way. My grandson chicken sandwich was so dry. Little dab of mayo. I asked mash potatoe. Bowl got Mac cheese. Will not be returning.

Seriously cannot believe what I saw happen this afternoon! You can only get drive thru or grubhub at this location. I was in drive thru window watching kitchen pack orders as I was waiting on mine. When an employee dropped bucket of chicken on floor and picked it up after it being on floor and proceeded to add rest of bucket after food was on floor. I talked with manager. His response was not very good. Employee owned up to what she did. But by time I talked to manager grubhub had left with the bucket of chicken. This has left me totally disturbed with this store

The chicken was cooked fine but they had very little selection available on the menu and they gave me a dry chicken sandwich with no mayo or pickles.

Went here about a week ago and I was turned down, I assumed they had a large order they were taking care of first. Went today and the person taking my order talked down to me and kept repeating “$4.99” in an ever increasing attitude. Won’t be coming back here.

They have no food for the 3rd time in a week. You should just shut the doors. Your making me waist my time and gas. Shut the doors and let someone else move in.
