We had the best experience ever at Malley’s in Mentor because Kaitlin and the other sweet young girl working that day made my 3 year old Grandaughter, whose name is Malley, feel so special.

What a great fun place to take the kids! “Old fashion” ice cream parlor where you can get scooped ice cream and enjoy. When your done you can grab some chocolate to go. Nice treat for the kids. What I don’t understand is why some customers get wound up at the high school / college kids working there? They are trying there best to hustle around and take care of everybody. It’s not a five star restaurant, it’s an ice cream parlor. Then the same people who have 4 custom orders leaves a mess, and don’t even bother to leave a tip. Guys, they work for tips just like every other server. Be nice and help them out.
