Applebee's

Fast service. We kinda came right before close but the food was hot and didn’t seem old. We got the new cheese pub fries and hot wings. Very good option. Although the Long islands.. is your a drinker don’t get this lol bc it taste like juice and won’t even give you a buzz. Better off just getting shots at Applebees there drinks aren’t that strong and very sugary, just being honest although they do taste good. This location was cute tho I liked it. Ops this is the wrong location. These pics and review are for Plymouth MN. Don’t know how to change that

We had a dinner there tonight and the food took a bit, which is understandable considering it was a busy Saturday, but the appetizers came out with the food, which we would have not ordered if we knew that would be the case, and servers seemed overwhelmed. All in all not terrible, we love this location anyway. However the manager happily stepped in and covered the entire meal for us, on the house, for their mistakes. It was a pleasant surprise and exactly how these things should be handled. Will continue to be loyal customers :)

All employees were kind. Great start. However, I ordered the classic combo (to-go) and it took 18 minutes to arrive to my spot at the bar table, and it was on a dine-in plate so I had to transfer it to a box. Also, the chicken was lukewarm, and so were the cheese sticks. I ordered fries about 3/4 of the way through waiting for the classic combo, assuming fries would be ready or would take 5 minutes max. Fries came out 10 minutes after I ordered them, and they ended up being under-seasoned and partly soggy. The only reason I’m giving stars is because of the relaxing environment. Everything else was McDonalds quality.

Mack and Mel really know their jobs as well as they know the menu. Too little credit goes to waitresses and waiter's but I gave Mack & Mel both $10.00 because they are very talented, outgoing, courteous, and they make a customer feel appreciated and that in a nutshell is the reason why I will return again and again. Thank you for the great food and the experience of getting to know 2 dynamic waitresses. (Mack & Mel🤠👍👍💕

The tables were not clean when it was given to us, and the other empty tables were disgusting. Even under the tables was food and napkins all over. And I Can’t get a non- pink bacon whiskey burger apparently. After 2 tries of attempting to order it and it STILL came out pink inside and the second one was cold it was even served to me after 10 minutes of waiting again yall know it ain’t done right there.. I just decided not to order anything else and watch my family eat. How do you not know how to cook a burger with no pink? Me and my family will probably not come back here…we used to come here all the time and it’s just not the same no more. not the place I want to dine At anymore… 🫤 hire people who know how to cook a proper burger please.

Absolutely the most awkward and uncomfortable experience we have ever had going to Applebees. The wait staff was very inappropriate, lacked professionalism, customer service and manors! Nothing more disturbing then having a wait staff stand there & watch you eat! And then while our waiter was away another girl takes over and says, “I’ll be your server now as T has been cut!” Weird because T was still there for the remainder of the time we were there. Then she had to ask if we had any orders in yet and what they were! They our food came out…. It was poorly cooked and prepared! It looked like it was snapped on there like a school lunch! Garlic mashed potatoes scooped on with a ice cream scoop not even presentable and then I asked for butter… she tossed it on my plate and it was frozen and had ice chunks in it! It was so uncomfortable last night there that my husband & I felt as if we were in the twilight zone. The most unprofessional and immature environment we have experienced in any place we’ve been out to eat! I don’t know what’s changed at Applebees but we’ve been frequent fliers for 10years and never ever had a complaint until now! Also there was approx 15 wait staff and they would follow in 3s & 4s and the place was NOT busy by all means.
