Omg if u want to meet our real people person and humble people in our city go here and get a hot meal inside dining because it’s gonna be fresh and the staff is so awesome I loved the food especially the cheesecake go here for great service and food

Use the drive through alot because I'm picking up dinner for work. Their service is always courteous and fast. The catfish dinner is crunchy and delicious. I love their coleslaw and hushpuppies.

Food is always good. My fried okra was only warm this time,perhaps because my food was taken back. I was given slaw instead of greenbeans. The drive through can be very slow, as with every business in that strip. I wasn't there to long on this trip.

A stay 10 min. away from this location (Stage Road) but go here because it's great customer service and the food is always fresh and hot.
The location 1 min. near my home is the location (Covington Pike) the service there is absolutely HORRIBLE.I feel like the customer experience begins with the environment setting of what the manager produce and this place (Covington Pike) is in a great location but need to be shut down because of the slow service, food is always wrong,bad attitudes and they give you old recooked fish if you don't check your food.

I went to Captain D's on Covington Pike for cheesecake. No complaints. I proceeded to the drive thru and placed my order. The employee was very polite.

Ms Mona is a good manager and runs a good restaurant along with (2) other managers. Whenever you see those (3) working you are going to get good customer service. The staff is going to be held accountable for their conduct and their customer service, but most of all the food is going to be good.
