The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was mediocre as the staff didn't smile, have a welcoming feeling, or excited about their job. The staff wasn't rude or mean but could improve on overall attitude. Overall, the experience was okay, and the food was great!
I've liked Kystal's since the first time I came to Memphis (2003). It's consistently good. Customer service is always on point! Fries are hot out if the fryer! Thanks, Krystals, for making each of my Memphis trips special with your delicious mini onion burgers!

I always order the 3 egg breakfast. The line is pretty quick. There's a lady there. I'm thinking she's the manager. She knew me by the 2nd time I visited. Super friendly and professional. My favorite place to go for breakfast. Same quality food as any major restaurant. Except you get to kick back
