First time visiting this restaurant , the food was fresh and hot. And the service was fast. I was missing a order of French fries, I would still visit again!!

Today I had the most pleasant experience at BYB… ever! The gentleman that took my order was kind, professional, and attentive. My food was so hot and delicious! I normally can’t eat a double bounce burger but I was famished and I’m glad my meal exceeded my expectations! The food and customer service did NOT disappoint! I wish I’d gotten the name of the gentleman that took my order; he definitely deserves recognition!

Clean restaurant. Great burgers. They are soft and juicy when you bite into them and the bacon was crispy not burnt. Very Friendly staff every time I come here …. Excellent customer service …Always a wonderful experience. Always a long line, but it moves very quickly.

I love backyard burgers it's a shame that the pandemic causes some restaurants to close their lobby cause this is killing their business and it over works the drive thru but byb does a good job especially since they don't have food sitting under lamps, everything is made to order. Food is always hot. Got the turkey burger with a shake ( which are always good).

Love the food but very shortly after getting a meal at this location, my debit card was used illegally to buy two items from eBay. It's horrible that we have to use cash or be in danger of theft!

We very much enjoyed the food here. It was tasty, quickly ready, and freshly made. The workers were out and about in the dining room checking on customers as well as keeping the area clean.

Wish they marketed themselves better. Could be top notch place but ownership lacks marketing plan. So many people want to try them but will not because where are the commercials? They full color mailings with coupons? None.

I love Backyard Burger hamburgers, especially their bacon cheddar burger. I also love their grilled chicken sandwiches. Several of them are very good! The blackened chicken sandwich and the Hawaiian chicken sandwich are my favorites. I experienced quick and efficient service at this location. I would also have to say that they were very friendly when I was arriving shortly before closing!
