I'm from Wisconsin. While visiting in Memphis, I wanted to try Capt.D's for the 1st time. Had enough food for a couple of people (7). The sides needed to be larger.

Great food always a bit of a wait but due to the horrific bridge traffic 🚦 due the new bridge closure you will not have a good experience during this time

Customer service was excellent. Even though it was busy, I received my food in less than 4 minutes and the whitefish, corn and green beans were good and hot. Thank you so much "Crump" crew for a great lunch.

I grew up going to this Captain D's with my grandparents as a kid, always loved it. However as I got older it did have a bad spell of rude and boarding unfriendly employees. Although I hadn't been in years I went tonight and I received the freshest shrimp and fish as well as very generous service and I used the drive through. Whatever you are doing now at this location is wonderful, keep it up.
