Got 2 different biscuts for breakfast manager rang them up but the girl at window had it wrong.. black man manager was super quick to fix whatever problem happened and had me gone super quick at a busy time... good job folks!
I came in today and didn’t know what to try. There was a young lady by the name of Angel that helped guide me through great menu options. This young lady made my first experience a great one, and let me know that true customer service is still alive and well out there.

Michelle and the others at Hardee’s (Whitten Ave) are absolutely incredible! I visit this Hardee’s almost everyday and they are great. They always greet me with a smile…and they absolutely love my dog Ramsey that I take to work with me each day. Keep up the good work!
So, to all the foodies out there who goes to a resteraunt and get bad service , an attitude and sometimes food that has been sitting for a while. Go to Hardee on Whitten rd! I craved a steak biscuit this morning . About 30 minutes before they were to stop selling breakfast, I called in and Mrs Lis

The manager was by himself when I went. Someone was running late. He was so pleasant, fast and friendly.
