I love how the food here is always so good and fresh. The managers Avion and Travis are very kind and respectful. They always make sure our order is correct. The hospitality is just amazing at this location. It feels good to know that I can trust the people who are handing my food. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.
The cinnamon raisin biscuits.... delicious! But the young lady at the window...my goodness she was so sweet and professional. I wish I knew her name to email corporate because she delivered the best fast food experience I have ever had ...I hope she get's a promo or a better paying job because her talents are being wasted just at the window. She needs to deliver training to all locations on customer service!
Got 2 different biscuts for breakfast manager rang them up but the girl at window had it wrong.. black man manager was super quick to fix whatever problem happened and had me gone super quick at a busy time... good job folks!
I came in today and didn’t know what to try. There was a young lady by the name of Angel that helped guide me through great menu options. This young lady made my first experience a great one, and let me know that true customer service is still alive and well out there.

Michelle and the others at Hardee’s (Whitten Ave) are absolutely incredible! I visit this Hardee’s almost everyday and they are great. They always greet me with a smile…and they absolutely love my dog Ramsey that I take to work with me each day. Keep up the good work!
So, to all the foodies out there who goes to a resteraunt and get bad service , an attitude and sometimes food that has been sitting for a while. Go to Hardee on Whitten rd! I craved a steak biscuit this morning . About 30 minutes before they were to stop selling breakfast, I called in and Mrs Lisa the district manager told me she would make sure it was dropped fresh for me. And it was! So was the hashrounds. The workers there was also eager to please, and friendly and polite . Kudos TO MRS LISA AND HER WORKERS!! THANK YOU! For an Excellent Breakfast!
I was greeted and served in the way every paying customer wants to be treated the manager was so passionate about making me enjoy my food and service we need more workers like this .
