The Service has improved alot. The food comes out in a timely manner. The server remarried me from two weeks ago. She was very nice. Ask for Carla. She is one of the best servers I have ever met.

The hostess that greets you at the door is such a pleasure to talk to. She is funny, energetic and it shows she likes her job. Our waitress was just as nice. Very attentive to our needs and made great suggestions when asked.
Speaking strictly about IHOP in Memphis. The food was good but for whatever reason my biscuits and gravy were cold, like cooler than from temperature, not sure how that happened. Everything else was fine. The waitress was very nice and helpful. It looked like the building could use a few updates, but it looked clean. No real complaints other than cold gravy.
The food was great! The service was excellent. The waitress was really personable. We ate eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, toast, home fries, and they offered turkey sausage.
Last of the great places to have breakfast. Very good staff was very friendly. Highly recommended
Food was very good, but took a while to receive the food because of only one waitress serving at the time, but she was very friendly, working very hard and efficient. Hats off to her.
I did not eat this time. I purchased food for my sisters. They stated that the food was good.
I know there were BIG issues before and during Covid, but there has been a huge turn around. Have had breakfast here several times over the last few months and the food / service have been excellent.
