The food here is always good. This visit the restaurant was dirty and had a musty smell, like dirty mop. Maybe it was just a bad day.
I enjoyed myself at steak n' shake tonight, we had a really great staff today! Those are some down to earth people out there, wish every time I went I could have tha same company of employees.

Apparently this location its under new management, now they actually have servers the service is great and the new manager seems to be very determined to make it better.
We went thru the drive thru to get the T-Mobile Tuesdays free double steak and cheese burger, but couldn't resist getting the shake and fries too.🙃✨💕
Not the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to. The day I went the restaurant wasn’t busy but seating was slow, service was slow, but once the food got to us it was the usual delicious Steak ‘n Shake fare that I’m used to.
I have to start with the bathroom. I like Steak n Shake, but I can almost guarantee that the bathroom will be greasy and dirty. Not this time. Before and after we ate it still looked clean. Kudos for this store. The server was nice. The food came out correctly, warm, and tasty. The service was quick. Even though they forgot the cherry on the shake, they brought it quickly when we asked. Nice overall experience.
I had to come back and edit a previous review. They've got their act together. We were there tonight and the food was well made, hot, and the deliciousness we expect from SnS. Our order was without error and we didn't even have to ask for ketchup or napkins or spoons or anything!

Went through drive through today and I hate I did not get the young lady's name who waited on me. She was very sweet and service was quick.
This time of year, with everyone so busy and rude, I was pleasantly surprised
by her friendliness. Much appreciated. 5 stars!!
