Came in once I got off work and was greeted by 2 workers by the name I believe were landon and arianna. They were very bright and made my experience and this location very nice

The Worker/Manager named: Sam, is the most professional person who works at this ice cream shop! He makes beautiful cakes and he is kind and friendly to all customers (even the rude ones)! A lot of the unprofessional workers (young kids) are no longer there (for obvious reasons)! I prefer him when I go in there to order cakes and ice cream! 😊

Came in this morning and was great with a smile and hello from the Manager (Sam)! He is also patient and kind to people in this store even when they are rude to him for no reason!
He helped me order a huge cake. His designs on cakes are amazing!
I recommend everyone to come here!
Ps If you do not like the prices of the cakes and items in this store, then don’t come here! The prices are not gonna change because you
have an attitude! DO BETTER!
And start showing the people who take the time to make/fix your food some respect!

And those some individuals you speak of on these reviews no longer work at Winchester BR. And if the place closes at 10pm and you show up at 9:55pm, that is your fault if you were too lazy to get there earlier before closing! People who work there have lives too. Stop lying on these reviews trying to get free ice cream! ✊🏽💙🙏

Sadly I could not enjoy it.....like an infant trying to eat while teething... .smh. Dare not show the entire white part of my outfit 😤 😒. Should have followed my hubby's lead and gotten a cup instead of cone 😤

This B&R is in a high crime area. Regardless, the service was good, the ice cream was great, and the bathroom was surprisingly clean!
The store needs a makeover, but we were happy for a late night snack. Open until 10pm.

Baskin Robbins is my all time favorite and this location did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean store and as always exceptionally delicious ice cream!

Don't usually stop at the Winchester location. Welcoming greeting from the staff, but did not have my flavor of ice cream (peanut butter & chocolate) available to puchase by cone. Management also would not honor the online coupons. End up purchasing the prepacked which was more than I needed.

I went to buy 2 Ice Cream birthday cakes for my grandsons. They enjoyed every bite of their birthday cakes. The cakes tasted better than I thought they would and they were fresh. Service was good and the store clean.
