I frequent Crumps very often. Food is great service can be “iffy” at times. Last night I was disappointed. I ordered a 6p wing dinner and HAMburger meal. The young lady charged me twice 28.41! Once we got that part figured out. She gives me the food The Burger has Cheese on it which my husband cannot eat. They re made the burger but that’s 15 more minutes extra that the other food was getting cold. The young didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience or even offer an apology. I won’t say that I wouldn’t come back because I do enjoy the food. But just better service and care from here out.

This place is in the middle of a strip and has plenty of parking.
It looks brand new on the inside like it has just been remodeled.
I ordered 10 whole wings with seasoned fries. The extra hot was good and the honey gold was tasty. I wish the wings were fried a little harder so next time I will be sure to ask. The fries were seasoned well.

The dry heat wings were really good! Kind of made me sweat. Nice, clean bathrooms. The banana pudding was ridiculously expensive, but it was good too.

About a year ago I discovered this place nearby. I have been coming here @ least 3 times a week. Yeah I know that's a bit much but I have the canthelpitis & has never been diaspoointed. When I ask for my favorite flavor wings of dry heat..baaaby they deliver!

Since I recently moved back to Memphis after 15 yrs I have been looking for some great fried southern catfish and this place has it and the price isn't bad. Customer service was awesome. Found my fish place!!! :)

Pretty good wings... at least a twice a month visit.
Call in if you able, and get a verification on the ready time or you may be waiting - hence ☆☆☆☆/5 - but NOT as long as the wait if U order in.
Either way, the entrée short order menu items may prove to be worth it, like they are for me.

This place was really nice!! Seems to be family oriented and the atmosphere was super calm. The food was good and when I noticed an issue with my meal, he kindly apologized and made it right immediately. The catfish strips weren't the best but it was my first try!!! Don't think I will order those again but the rest was ON POINT!!! Sorry y'all no pics but you should get the point -- great food -- great location -- kind people!!!
