While sometimes they might not have chicken or milk shake mix which I think is for to the foodecause of the food shortages, they do have great customer service! They even have a drive-thru intercom that is automated by a robot that takes your order! Welcome to the future!

You almost can never go wrong with Backyard Burger. There food are always good and service is pretty excellent. Really can't complain because I love BB.

Decent experience going through the drive thru, however the only thing that threw me off was the automatic voice that was taking the order. By the way, it got my order right (1st time)😁

I came very close to closing time and was in a hurry. Due to it being late in the evening most things I wanted to order we're going to take up to 10 minutes to prepare. The staff and management were very kind when I explained that I couldn't wait that long to try to make suggestions to work within what I would like period and discounted the cost for my inconvenience. The burger was very good, I like the way they Grill them!

I had a great dinner tonight at the Back Yard Burger on Perkins Rd. Everything at Backyard Burger is so delicious! Tonight I had the Gouda Burger and Chipolte Burger and both were yummy. Seasoned and chili cheese fries are very good. The salads are some of the best in the fast food restaurants. Try the cobbler sometime too. I highly recommend Back Yard Burger on Perkins Rd the next time you get the chance to visit.

Nice to finally find one open on the inside. Food was good but I think portions got smaller. For $12 I feel like I got the kids menu.

Salad was great, super fresh and NO extra junk in the salad like you get a the other places like cores and wilted leaves. Girl in the drive thru was super nice and cheerful. Will definitely be back!

I love the food at Back Yard Burger, especially the seasoned fries. Unfortunately this location got my order wrong. I've only eaten there once, so it may not be a chronic issue, but...

Best burgers in town! I've eaten my fair share of burgers in Memphis, and this place has the best quality and taste. This comes at a price, and it takes time to cook quality meat. So don't go expecting speedy food. Customer service is hit or miss.
