Delicious, they speak Spanish here, the service is good, the order took a while but it was delicious.
Our server 'Jay' was prompt accurate and delightful. Food was hot and tasty. It was busy but we were pleased. Big Steak omelet was huge.

The only reason for 4 Stars is the parking lot needs some works. The restaurant, food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding.
The last IHOP was not beyond excellent, whereas this one was most excellent. It is for sure in most cases at a restaurant the server holds the keys to the guest contentment. It is their attitude attention and overall demeanor that play such a role, as I know to the eating experience for sure. Lacey
While waiting to be seated, a lady made a scene saying she didn't deserve to be disrespected and laughed at by the server, then stormed out. We hoped we'd be treated better, so we continued to wait.

Dined at IHOP yesterday and had the shredded beef breakfast bowl with blueberry pancakes. Everything was hot and delicious my server got a $5 tip.
I went with my family for brunch, and have went there several times with just my husband and I.
One things I don’t like is the time it takes for them to put us on a table, like on two occasions we have to wait for like 25-30 minute before getting a space to sit.

I've visited twice and the customer service is top notch! I had the Cali roasted turkey melt. Very tasty. Hence I had it twice! They also have a silky smooth chocolate cake. I know it was breakfast when I ordered; but hey there's eggs and milk in chocolate cake!🤣😂
Ok this visit took a turn as I was not eating meat during this time.. I made do with the vegetable burrito.. made with egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, queso and tomatoes.. it wasn't bad I can say that!
