There were only a couple people working when I went in, but they were friendly and made sure to communicate often while I was waiting how much longer before my order would be ready. Great customer service.

The people who work here are very friendly and care about service both front and back. The food was fresh and one thing that typically happens when you order stuff crust is the crust appears to look like something out of a horror film. The crust was perfect. I am not sure when this place opens but they deserve a new building or remodel.

I ordered the pizza online with no delays. Don't last service was friendly and fast, the delivery driver was here as stated and the food was great.

Whenever you order pizza 30 minutes is fast and on point! Customer service was A+ ... customers place their orders online or by telephone. You can not go inside. One of the employees will come to you car to see if you have an order. Pull up to the window, pay if you haven't already online and wait a few minutes in the parking lot. The employee will bring to you! I like that! Good job!

It was a busy night. We waited 45 minutes in line to get our food food. We were however pleasantly surprised when we got home and they had given us a free pasta and bread sticks. The wait was awful, but this was good.

Hire more staff so that ready times agree with pickup times. If needed, let customers know that due to staffing, pickup times will be longer than normal instead of giving pick-up times that have the customer waiting at the store 1 hour after the pick-up time. The staff gave great customer service, but that waiting at the store for an hour after the pick-up time could have been avoided. I love Pizza Hut and hope you all stick around as I do see the stores closing down in TN and MD as well.
