Catfish was served hot, cooked just right, with fries and cole slaw. To top it all off, the German Chocolate Cake was absolutely heavenly. Moist, rich and buttery. I had to stop and take the other half home.

The best catfish and hushpuppies I've had in years. The service is very good as well - I love that they show you what you ordered before they bag it up. I wish every place did that if you are taking your food to go. I ordered fried corn on the cob and green beans as my sides, and they were delicious. Everything was well-seasoned but not too much. Prices are reasonable as well. I saw some cake but didn't order it this time - I heard it's awesome. I will definitely be back!

The food is awesome. The customer service is outstanding. Tried the new batter chicken wings and now I am hooked on the wings. D&L Catfish shack has been my go to for fish for a few years and now they will serve as my go to for chicken wings. Amazing!!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Friends who come here often introduced me to the place, the catfish is incredible! Also the fries are spiced very well, and are some of the best tasting fries (maybe THE best fries) I've ever had. The hush puppies are great, the cole slaw was excellent. I'll be back!

One of the best hidden gems in the city! Fair prices, made fresh to order, the portions are amazing!! Well worth the few minutes it takes to hand batter and cook your food to your specifications. Delicious!!

The only complaint I have is they do not give you enough fish. Where I come from a 2 piece fish fillet; means two whole fillets not one fillet cut in half. It's like getting chicken tenders instead of the whole chicken fillet. Other than that it was very delicious and seasoned just right.

I travel a bit and I call D&L Catfish before I get my luggage. It is my welcome back to Memphis treat! I have never been disappointed with the catfish and the service. Usually a wait which could be easily fixed with a to go section and a placing order section. Regardless, I will continue to support the business. Customer service is always with a smile!

Very good fish house. Made to order fresh. I had fish, fries, okra and they use corn nuggets as hush puppies which I liked. I deliver their products for a supply chain and I know they use quality fish from "pride of the pond", not that swai garbage

The food is always good and fresh. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with the food or the customer service, which is also very good. Price range is about average to borderline pricey, but you pay for what you get.

Every time I come to Memphis the Catfish Shack is a must!!! The flavor on that fish is outstanding!!!! It is pricey though!!! The hush puppies are to die for!!! The fries are what fries should be!!!Everything comes out hot , fresh, and ready to go!!!! Now the downside is the coleslaw. Ewww! It has zero flavor. It needs work. They shouldn’t advertise shrimp. The shrimp are no more than some boxed Sea-Pak shrimp that they fried. They are not freshly battered and fried shrimp. The price for the 10 shrimp and fries is robbery!!! For that reason alone, I could not give 5 stars! But, I will continue to get fish here when I’m in town for sure!!! But please Catfish shack, get real shrimp, batter em up and fry!!!!

Down home real people Big D, Kk (Olivia). I got the five-piece fillet catfish with Hush Puppies fries coleslaw. Homemade German chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and they were real hospitable. I got here early they let me come in have a seat and wait till they got things ready. And they were not going to open up for another 20 minutes.

Today's dining in experience was certainly extraordinary. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Loretta today! Not only did she show her appreciation for us as customers but she prayed for us! It was truly right on time. This says a lot about this establishment. God knew exactly where He wanted us to be this afternoon and I'm grateful we landed here.

I am bad with names, but I believe the young lady's name was Loretta that I spoke with...the customer service was absolutely awesome. I live in Olive Branch but I will definitely visit again pretty soon. Great job������

After waiting over 30 minutes and at least 10 customers later I got my money back. Poorly organized cashiers. Nonetheless, the 2 ladies that were there before me and are so waiting for their did in the dining area. You say support black owned businesses.....well, if this is what I'm going to get..... I just won't be supporting them. Oh yeah, the young man at the register put my ticket Dien on the counter and never put it up to be fixed. But then when he decided to do so.... it was another 10 minutes�. NEVER AGAIN!
