The burger was good, the fries were as near perfect as humanly possible. Crisp on the outside soft on the inside and straight out of the grease hot.

I got my order and it was correct and hot. I was in shock, and the allowed my meal to get cold. Stop trying to be overachievers, Wendy's. Just serve me cold food, and no surprises so I end up staring at a hot chicken nugget with no concept of how to consume it while it's in a unique state of "served properly". Sheesh. Slackers.

We really enjoyed the Jr. Baconator combos. Hot and fresh with attractive presentation! But the employees were really over-the-top great. A woman broke in line in front of us and the cashier called her on it. The cashier, the sandwich builder and another cook all spoke to us to make sure everything was all right. It was GREAT service!
