Ordered my daughters birthday cake Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday. When I walked in I was greeted by both young ladies at the registers and my cake was beautiful. She opened the box and showed it to me, it was beautiful. She made sure I knew to take it out before cutting and serving. Great customer service and product.
I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. Their waffle cups are delicious cause you can mix up your different scoops, mine are black walnut pistachio Almond and butter pecan.
I honestly don't pay attention to the girls an their whatever it is they got going, the service is quick, I give them my credit card and I'm off . Granted, I'd love to go inside and 👀 at my favorite ice cream😂😂.Anywho, keep it scoopin.
It was a wonderful visit best hot fudge brownie sundae I could have ate. The employees was very friendly and helpful and very fast had a smiles on their faces I will definitely return soon. Very clean I say 5 star place ! Thank you so very much!
Good place and clean also pro tip most of the negative comments talking about rude staff and owner are false they are all respectful and quick the people who have had bad encounters with staff were most likely rude to the girls ive seen it first hand some customers come into the store and treat and talk to the staff horribly and any way they want
Great ice cream. Glad they are back. Same counter person (politically correct 😎) that was there before. A little high priced hence the 4 star rating. $10 for four scoops. Much improved outdoor seating w/umbrellas. Great on hot sunny Memphis style hot days.
I like thia baskin robins they redid it kinda took some of the nostalgia away but alot cleaner and workers are always nice... Def dont hook you up fat like they used too must be new managment
So happy this location is open again. Miss the peanut shop but it was traditional of us to get icecream and we were so sad when they closed
