Walked in and ordered a 24 PC chicken and 12 biscuits. The staff worked expeditiously and efficiently to get the order out timely. They did well! They were nice about it, except the cashier. She acted like she had to go in the kitchen to make the chicken herself when I asked about the time to make the order. I didn't know pushing buttons was that exhausting. So glad the manager demonstrated the best way to accept a large order without showing frustration. However, Popeyes should train their front line staff to be more of a servant!

Fresh cooked food and priced reasonably well. I always do mobile ordering because it's quicker for me but the drive thru line does have a nice steady movement.

I think this store has management problems. But the Lady working BY HERSELF on 5 /5 23 needs a raise! She was most professional and gave me my food in a timely manner with a smile. Around 11:30 am. I appreciate her ❤️. The company should too!

The lines were very long. Some of my white meal was uncooked. It could've been because they were busy,or only had one cook at the time. But everything else was good.

Come here instead of the Winchester location. The line isn't as long so the wait is shorter, the food was usually fresh, and you might even be able to tell them you want white meat only. The Winchester location will tell you they won't sell you all white meat and then you'll be stuck in the line. Come here instead of the Winchester location.
