The food came out quick, seasoned to perfection. I’m normally hesitant to get steak but it was delish. No sauce needed.
Love Me Some Stickem. After a long bike ride through Shelby Farms, my friends and I stopped at the ranger station to rest before heading home. Stickem happened to still be there that Sunday, though most trucks had already left for the day. Right before packing up, we all ordered several selections from their menu, including chicken, steak, and shrimp kabobs accompanied by spiral "fries." Everything was beyond incredible. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the "fries" were probably the best ones I've ever had. We waited a while for our food, but everything was so good that we retracted our complaints instantly. I would recommend this food truck to everyone. Definitely worth trying!
This is no ordinary food truck. I'm totally mystified by how good the meat is and how quickly they turn everything out.
Rain or shine. My wife and I biked out to shelby farms from midtown for the weekly food truck rodeo on sundays, we really appreciate stickem showing up because it was raining, we would have had to ride back on empty stomachs, food was great, had the ribeye kabob.
There were several Food Trucks there, but we decided to try the Stick Em Food Truck and I’m glad we did! There was quite a crowd, but we still got our food in less than ten minutes. And for $2/$3 a stick, the prices weren’t bad. We tried the Ribeye (my fav), the chicken (Christopher’s fav!), and the shrimp (which was good, but since the tails were still on, it made for messy eating – sort of defeating the whole food-on-a-stick thing). All in all – delicious! We will be back! :)
We were both super impressed, and when I saw on Facebook that they'd be at the Broad Avenue Art Walk on Saturday, I immediately made plans to take Satchel, my meat loving monkey (age 10).
I hardly ever leave reviews, but the food was just too good not to ! I don’t eat meat, so finding places that do tofu right are far in between. I ended up getting their tofu skewers, rice, mixed vegetables, & fries. The tofu was fried & seasoned to perfection & not squishy like other places. The rice & fries were mouthwatering, but the mixed vegetables were Heaven sent ! I ordered takeout this time, but definitely coming back to dine in for the full experience next time ! 10/10 !!!
Food was delicious and service was great! Lamb shank was extremely tender, and if you like spice get a side of their special spicy jerk sauce. Owner couldn’t be any nicer!
Was kinda iffy looking when we walked in. Sat at the bar and was greeted by Jorge. Wonderful service and the way he described the food you will want to order everything on the menu. Ended up ordered wings, chicken, steak, brisket and shrimp kabobs. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Went to this place after seeing pics of juicy chicken and steak kabobs in the reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Jorgé was my server/cook and he was a great host. I got the chicken/shrimp/steak with rice and vegetables and the meat was as juicy as it looked in the pictures. The vegetables were broccoli, squash and maybe onions, and the seasoning on it was delightful. The food was so good that I got the same thing to go to take to work the next day. It was clean and very spacious, which I wouldn’t have guessed looking from the outside. So glad I stopped.

Their to-go area is easily accessible. The staff is super nice and I will return for their food.
With the skewer theme, you can choose your protein and then pick your veggies like a salad. You can combine a mixture of meat, poultry and/or seafood skewers.
The mixed vegetables were delicious: broccoli and squash. I did get the half mixed vegetables/half fries. Shoot me. They were delicious too. I ask to be light on the salt overall.
The seasoning of the food is what makes it really good and I love that the chicken is tender. They have tofu. So you can get tofu, a salad and mixed vegetables.
They have local beer on tap and I am told it goes well with their huge snapper meal.
The seating is not only socially distant, it's pleasing to the eye and a great place for groups.
Good luck with parking on a busy night. Worth the walk though. Check it out!
Holy moly. Shrimp and Chicken kabobs with beet salad and mixed vegetables. Then the chef brought me the most amazing Brisket kabob you could imagine and I got to be the guinea pig for his new lamb kabobs. I can't recommend this place enough. You won't regret. Happy man.
I have been a fan since Stickem was a food truck only. This place is clean and professional. The food is ALWAYS delicious 😋!!! Once I went to pick up my order but I had a sleeping baby in the back seat. I called and explained, and the owner completed the transaction and brought the food curbside. The owner is so kind with a gentle soul.
We had their food truck come to our neighborhood in Hernando MS in July 2021. It was some of the best chicken i’ve ever had!! very well seasoned & juicy. I enjoyed every bit of it. The veggies were sautéed with great flavors. I really hope they make an appearance again soon! Everyone in the neighborhood was raving about them.
Oh damn! My ex partner and I went on an early Monday afternoon. We were the only customers, but I cannot see why.
We ordered the rosemary fries appetizer and the vegetarian platter (for two). Hot diggity damn! So good. I've been to a number of Ethiopian restaurants, but this one was perfect. Thanks!
This place used to be Blue Nile, but now it's Stickem. The gentleman that served me then served me today and he remembered me and my family. The Jerk Chicken wasn't on the menu, but I ordered it and it was highly delicious. The tofu and shrimp ordered by my family didn't make it through the meal, either. I cannot recommend this enough.
