I like the managers guidance. She knows how to stay on the young people firmly. If they need to be corrected she does it. Not in a nasty way but a VERY VERY Firm way. Managment is A-1 to me. Love it. Need more Managers at Stores across the city like her.

This is one of the better Popeyes in Memphis. The food is always good and the service is always friendly. They are always our of something I need though, like sometimes they are out of spicy chicken, other times out of tea, etc. We drive out of our way to eat at this location.

It was decent, food was good but hospitality was lacking just seemed like they didn't want me there, which is most fast food restaurants. I was assaulted by ice cubes at the fountain drink station cause the top was uncovered and overflowing. Just my luck I guess

The food was hot & fresh w/ 5 stars. The staff in general were friendly & professional. However, when I asked for a Dr Pepper out of the back bc the front tasted like it was out of syrup. The employee said there was nothing wrong the one in the front & that it was all the same Dr pepper. Which I disagreed bc I tasted it & after another employee returned my drink from the back fountain. It tasted great. Which means they were obviously, NOT, the same. So service got 3 stars due to one employee being rude & argumentive. Thankfully, most of the staff were helpful & friendly. Cleanliness was satisfactory, as well as placing & receiving order in timely manner.
