I got my order yesterday 04/26/22, and it was not right. I called and informed them what was wrong and she asked that I bring the food back today 04/27/22 because I told her I couldn’t bring it back yesterday.
I thought they would just make the order correct, but she gave me a full refund. Whoooowa🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I have to say the broccoli with brown sauce I bought yesterday was awesome. I can not say anything negative about Chia Wok on Austin Peay because I’m sure they don’t usually give refunds. But she did for me… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will order again soon…

Great food and people. It is sad that someone would put a picture of bugs in the fortune cookie on these people's site. Those fortune cookies come in big boxes by the hundreds from a company pre wrapped and that's where the bugs came from. The bugs did not come from China Wok because those cookies are individually wrapped. The bugs got wrapped in the wrapper from the cookie factory. Grow up people. Stop trying to make people look bad with trickery. I have known these people for over 30 years and have ate the food there many times and never got a bug in anything!

The food was simply delicious and service was also...I used to go to Kim Chi but I thonk I found my new Chinese home. Food was just do well prepared and good my children had no left overs and thats odd for my picku children.

Dont let the lack of ambiance fool you. Great to-go food in a timely manner. Egg rolls, shrimp chow mein and General Taos chicken. The wonton soup wasn't too good, but I will try them again and probably get egg drop soup next time. The house hot mustard is incredible! It was very strong, unlike the packet style. Overall a good experience, charming hospitality and will return again.

So far the food has been good walked in tonight and they were eating dinner. Said hello to them.and only one.person spoke back. Not very customer friendly.
