Good food friendly staff. I have had a negative experience here in the past, but my last experience here was great! I had a philly cheesesteak and so did my husband. The sandwich was large and very filling! It was made to order and convenient to do so as well! I'm picky about my toppings and the staff prepared mine and my husband's perfectly!
Very good Philly cheese steak sandwiches! The were hot with a very generous portion for the price. It would have been easier to eat had it been cut in half, otherwise really well done. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.
This is one of my favorite Lenny's in Memphis! This place is consistent with great service and great food. Today I placed a large order and Yancey made sure I got the best deal. He was courteous and very detailed. I am so grateful I came to this location today! They always exceed my expectations!

I ordered the American Club. It was ready for me almost as soon as I finished paying, very fast service (11:45 AM). The sub had a large amount of meat, way more than you’ll get at Subway. The staff was friendly and personable, and I enjoyed my interaction with them. I was very impressed overall, and will return.
The team is so organized. My order was was finished so quickly, I thought a "Sub Fairy" prepared it. Awesome, fresh ingredients as always
After asking about an eligible discount I did not receive it. I was not asked what kind of bread I wanted and I got not one smile or welcome to Lennys!
Great sandwiches cooked perfectly to order. The Philly and the chicken Philly were huge, fresh and delicious. The staff was sweet, quick and professional. The inside was clean, but blah, but overall a great experience.

For years, I have frequently order online or walked in for take out at this Lenny's. My order is always right and always ready within 10 minutes.
The staff are friendly and on the ball. Even when they are out of something due to COVID Supply Chain issues, they are quick to offer substitution or refunds.
While I was waiting, I overheard the manager already calling to get the out-of-stock items correct on the online order page for the store.
