The coffee was trash. I gave four stars because I asked for no egg and they gave it to me anyway. I had to turn around and go back, they fixed it and it was great.

First visit since Covid Good coffee and doughnuts. Surprisingly selection not as good as it was before Covid. Moreover ordering process very odd. I ordered a large coffee - simple, right? Before they would pour the coffee and give it to you right there. Now, they have to print a label, and it goes in the queue. I'm the only one standing at the counter there in an empty store yet they prepared ten fancy coffees (drive through? Door dash?) Before pouring a simple coffee. I literally stood there in front of them for ten minutes just to have a simple coffee poured. I'm probably not going back anytime soon.

I actually like Dunkin's coffee compared to places like McDonald's, Starbucks, Chic-fil-a, etc. They make a nice medium roast that caters to a large amount of taste buds. Chic-fil-a coffee is too strong, McDonalds is inconsistent, Starbucks does to much to their coffee. The customer service can be hit or miss, but that is everywhere these days.

This is the second time we've stopped by the drive thru while passing through town on I-40. Both times our coffee was piping hot and perfectly made. Bagels were fresh. The staff both times were very nice too. Definitely will stop by again on her next trip.

We exited I-40 in search of a tasty iced coffee. Saw the blue sign, 'food this exit'. It's about 5:30 and not much open, but the DD. However, the signage was not easy to spot. We saw it on the way back to the interstate.
We were served a wonderful iced mocha and fresh donuts too. Helped make the trip further west enjoyable.
The staff were very pleasant.

Excellent customer service! The staff are always so friendly and ready to help. I returned my iced chai today for a vanilla coffee and they were happy to replace it for free! The manager (I think his name was Darrell) was especially kind. Great staff and delicious coffee!

I ordered a bagel and they accidentally gave my order to someone in the drive thru, but they corrected their mistake right away, and were so nice about it. Plus, I ordered a french vanilla frozen coffee && it was the best one I've ever received from and Dunkin. Great job guys, && thank you for your service ❤️
