Honestly I wouldn’t normally rate a fast food restaurant but my experience was exceptional. The food was fresh & every employee was very kind and personable. Restaurant was clean & much nicer than most fast food restaurants. I went through the drive through at this location a few weeks ago and exact same experience—very friendly & great food.

I absolutely enjoyed and was satisfied with my visit at this Zaxby's location. The doors were opened exactly at 10:30 in the morning, workers were taking the initiative of taking out the trash and cleaning up the walk way of the restaurant. The produce truck arrived there in a timely manner and the service of management and the team members and was outstanding. 5 stars is not enough to rate this establishment.

Ordered 20 teriyaki wings for my daughter. Ordered online and when I picked them up only had to wait 3 minutes, I was early. The wings were great and my daughter was surprised at the flavor. The friend pickles are a great side.

Went to new Zaxbys on Hacks Cross. They moved across the street. It has a pickup window where the workers can walk out from the delivery window. Its a sliding door with a gate. With the heathens in this city they are asking to be easily robbed.

I went to the drive through window on my visit this rainy Tuesday afternoon around 6pm and was totally amazed, only two cars ahead of me. This store at the Hacks Cross location usually has a line wrapped 3/4 or more around the building at this time of day though the waiting time really is never to long. When placing my order I had no problem, the microphone was clear and the host repeated my order. The staff (two at the windowthem) were very polite and with a orderly exchange. I was very pleased with the visit and would recommend them for a visit, they have very good salads too. My only drawback was that the dressing packages only contain less than half the amount they did in the resent past.

Love their zalad. I ordered today through doordash. 5fingers set and 6fingers set ans zaxbys chicken burger and loaded chicken &fries. It's been a while for zaxbys but all food was sooo salty. Can't even finish 😒 I will stay away for a while...
