Honestly I wouldn’t normally rate a fast food restaurant but my experience was exceptional. The food was fresh & every employee was very kind and personable. Restaurant was clean & much nicer than most fast food restaurants. I went through the drive through at this location a few weeks ago and exact same experience—very friendly & great food.

I absolutely enjoyed and was satisfied with my visit at this Zaxby's location. The doors were opened exactly at 10:30 in the morning, workers were taking the initiative of taking out the trash and cleaning up the walk way of the restaurant. The produce truck arrived there in a timely manner and the service of management and the team members and was outstanding. 5 stars is not enough to rate this establishment.

Ordered 20 teriyaki wings for my daughter. Ordered online and when I picked them up only had to wait 3 minutes, I was early. The wings were great and my daughter was surprised at the flavor. The friend pickles are a great side.

Went to new Zaxbys on Hacks Cross. They moved across the street. It has a pickup window where the workers can walk out from the delivery window. Its a sliding door with a gate. With the heathens in this city they are asking to be easily robbed.

Really nice young lady at the drive through tonight. I wish I got her name, it was about 10:40pm. I appreciate her kindness. I felt welcomed 😊.
