This location is very nice. The interior is a dark ship style and theme, but that's typical for Red Lobster and what makes it unique... I suppose. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food, especially their grilled trout, orzo rice, and crispy asparagus, was very delicious. (The serving portion of orzo rice needs to be bigger, though. That's my only complaint.) Their $5 watermelon martinis were great as well!! My son enjoyed steak, lobster, and shrimp scampi. Our bill was large, but it was worth it. We left happy.
Jody was the best! We were quoted a 35 minute wait for our table so we decided to grab a drink at the bar. Jody was one of the best bartenders I have had in a while. She was smiling the whole time, she had a calming pleasant speaking voice. She gave us recommendations on food and drinks. She even told us about the rewards program. She gave us great advice on how to save money. She is a GREAT asset to Red Lobster! Thanks Jodyyyy :)
The food and service were amazing!!! We waited an hour and 15 minutes to eat but we didn't mind because it is always worth it.
Ate here on Friday, 3/17/2023. I would be wary of anything less than a 4 out of 5 review. I give it a 4.5. Our waiter was very courteous and friendly. The giant margarita was perfect. The lobster pizza could have actually had more lobster on it. I had a dinner with a nice assortment of seafoods, a lobster tail, shrimp, and scallops, and all were perfectly cooked. The shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was more than enough for our 19 yo son who eats like a horse. The .5 deduction is for the lobster pizza. I would not recommend it. Order something else. Overall a nice dinner and would return.
My husband and I both had shrimp dishes, coconut, scampi, Walt's, and spicy Asian (don't remember the name), Ceasars salad and sides. All very good and reasonably priced in the current market. The only complaint was there was a very long wait but the restaurant was only about half full. We were hungry so sat at the bar to grab a drink and appetizer. They said that they could not serve food at the bar. Apparently, according to one of the workers they have a staffing shortage so can only handle a limited number of customers and can't do anything special, like serve food at the bar due to this. This seems to be a common issue these days.
Came for a date night on a Friday in June. The restaurant was pretty empty yet the service was extremely slow and they forgot a few things we ordered.
The male manager who assisted us at the bar around 5 p.m. on 10/28/2023 displayed professionalism, decisiveness, intentionality, and relentlessness to ensure his customers were taken care of.
My colleague and I had an incident with the female bartender, and coincidently, the manager walked by us. We asked for his assistance, and he immediately addressed our concerns. We could see that the female bartender was very displeased with his decision; however, I appreciate that he acknowledged the mistake, made an executive decision, and ensured that we were very well taken care of before he proceeded with his other responsibilities.
I apologize for not remembering your name, male manager; I genuinely appreciate how you ensured we were treated with attention and respect.
The place was dead yet there still was a 15-20 minute wait. I think there was only 3 waiters/waitress working. There was only our table and 1 more in the entire left side of the building (the side where the restroom is). Even though it wasn't busy at all, after waiting to be seated, it took awhile to get our order as well. I'm not sure if we will be back, or at least to dine in.
Endless shrimp is back, come out and enjoy the flavors of endless shrimp. Shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite, a new flavor "Dragon Shrimp", grilled shrimp and coconut shrimp. Try them all!
We had an Amazing time. As a Travel Agent we are able to do Market Research for our clients. The customer service was Amazing and they do offer Military Discount. I can't wait to share this Amazing experience with my clients
