Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Usually, this location is GREAT from The Host, Customer Service, Servers and Chef. Today, Sunday September 3, 2023 family little under the weather, and decided to order soup. Called in order, young lady who answered was short... Nevertheless, when family arrived to pickup order asked did breadsticks come with $43 order. She was short again, no eye contact and condescending, stated would have to pay extra🙃. Never in the past when ordering from this location, would such a small request be suggested to pay for breadsticks. The Managers and majority of servers are Outstanding Trust the young lady get a chance to ascertain better customer service etiquette... Update: Kind Manager was informed of servers unbecoming behavior and sent a gift card to rectify the unfortunate matter. And, upon arriving to retrieve soup, General Manager, Manager, were Outstanding in researching and resolving Sundays incident, by providing a Gift Card for next meal. Thank You, Mr Vallario... We were a party of 15. We called ahead to let them know we were coming but were told they don’t take reservations (even though we were going at 5:00 on a Friday). When we arrived they were already getting our tables ready but we still had to wait 20 minutes even though nobody there. Our server was extremely nice but he wasn’t experienced enough to be the one covering our table top. Even though they were extremely slow (maybe 8 other tables besides ours), they didn’t have anyone come to help. They didn’t even have a runner for him. We had to continue asking for things, he never remembered who ordered (if he actually brought out our food). Other than having to wait to be seated and wait for the server to bring out our food, the food was really, really good. I definitely recommend going if you like Italian food.

Birthday Dinner for my Mother. Party of Eight. Our server was Jewel. Great customer service with a beautiful smile. She went over and beyond the expectations of Customer Service and such a delightful personality! Meals we excellent! Everyone was pleased. She made my Mother's Birthday a special one. If you visit this location ask for Jewel as your server. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Jewel hope you like the blessings we left you. 🤑 You deserve it.

Believe it or not this was my 1st time at Olive garden (not a big fan of pasta).. but i had a toothache and needed sumthin soft to eat.. i ordered eggplant parm but cldnt eat it but the unlimited soup did the trick only disappoint i had was u hafta have the same soup This was perfect only wish i cudve njoyed that salad

I typically am not an olive garden fan, though today we decided to have lunch here. I was looking forward to a salad and the eggplant parmigiana did sound good, even though it has cheese. I also had the minestrone soup with a breadstick ofcourse. I will say today I did enjoy our lunch experience and the service was most delightful. I got plenty to eat and saved the pasta for Lacey to take home, for I am not even a pasta fan. We were please with the relaxing atmosphere and i enjoyed the tea, not a bad day at all
