Very good customer service. The staff were all very friendly. Food was very fresh as it should be at Chipotle. The sofarita veggie bowl with all fresh ingredients were awesome.

This Chipotle (I-240 & Poplar in Memphis) has great customer service! Last night (9/6) went in & ordered a steak burrito, an adult steak quesadilla, and chips. When I got to the cash register I thought my total was a little high, but since I did order something off menu I could not be sure. I got home (I was in a little but of a hurry) & checked my receipt. The cashier had somehow managed to charge me for 2 burritos, chips, & the adult steak quesadilla. I called & asked to speak with the manager.
When the manager picked up the line, I explained what had happened & she immediately apologised. She then asked if I wanted to come back in for a refund or receive a store credit for a burrito on my next visit. I chose to stop by the store today (9/7) to get a refund.
I arrived this evening & they were busy. I waited for the cashier to finish with his customers & recognise me. I told him I needed to see the manager. When she came over I started to tell my story, but she stopped me by apologising again and called me by name. She asked how the food was last night & was very understanding. The manager went above & beyond the minimum to make sure I walked out satisfied in every way!
I am not a big fan of chains, but I am so impressed with Sadler (the manager) that I will most definitely be returning to this Chipotle location!
The good was good and consistent with Chipotle from home. The only thing was the chicken was saltier than normal but not in a bad way. Even my sweet tea tasted like Chipotle from home's sweet tea. Very good food 100% satisfied!
The future?. This restaurants great. This place is not just like Moe's. I guess it is if a Porshe is like a Buick then it is, i.e., they're both cars Chipotle sources their meats from a different place than other restaurants. The price point is 10p or so less than Moe's but they do charge for chips. I go here over Moe's because of the free range meats. Watch Food, Inc. online and you will too. Try the pork. I'm not a pork fan but I always get it here. The only downside is that it's so busy at lunch you have to get there early or late.
Finally. I'm glad chipotle finally arrived,it's all about the ingredients, which blow away the competition, well worth the wait and let's hope it forces the swankys and booyas of Memphis to source better ingredients.

I've been twice in the evening times. Each time, the food was great.
The service was cool, I ordered through the app, and they didn't update that my food was ready, even though it was. The staff was nice.
The atmosphere was chill. The staff seemed to work well together each time I went. Everyone seemed to be chilling and enjoying the environment. I personally believe that's why the food was good, cause they weren't stressed working. It may have been the reason for the app miscommunication, but the food was still good, so for me, it isn’t a reason not to go back.
Out of every Chipotle I’ve been to, this one is by far the best. From the quality of food, speed in line, to friendliness of the staff, this tops them all! Vincent is one of my favorite staff members to see in what has become my almost daily trip here. Keep up the great work! Rare to see this level of service these days.
I came very shortly after they opened and I was so impressed with how everyone worked together, everyone seemed happy to be there and eager to work. Everyone had a task and was doing it well, I stayed an extra 5 minutes just to watch how it was ran. Very impressed !
I came in around 5:30ish this was my 2nd time at this specific location my first time was a 5/10 but this time was definitely 10/10 they had fresh food line moved quickly and they had my vingerettte!!!!!!!!! Bowl was full to the T !!! Worth every bit of my coins 😂😂Thank you chipotle for great service I’ll be back
Loved this experience!! Chipotle is always a favorite and while I was visiting Memphis we stopped by, excellent service, especially Lorenzo, absolutely amazing experience because of him!! Food was awesome like always, and I would definitely recommend!
