This is a long term review since I have visited this Chick-fil-A location for many times for the past 7+ years and continue to have a good dining experience. Here are the highlights of my visits:
Pros:
Exceptional Service: The staff at Chick-fil-A are always friendly, attentive, and efficient. They make the dining experience truly enjoyable.
Food Quality: The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently fresh, delicious, and satisfying. From their classic chicken sandwiches to their waffle fries, and Lemonade, the quality is top-notch.
Cleanliness and Welcoming Environment: The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere for dining in. Plenty available dine-in seating.
Efficient Drive-Thru:** The drive-thru service was quick and well-organized, making it convenient for on-the-go dining.
Cons:
While my experience at Chick-fil-A was overall good, I did encounter some minor issues with long wait times during peak hours.
In conclusion, Chick-fil-A continues to impress with its outstanding service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

Updated Dec 2023: they fixed the drive thru issue not long after i posted my review. Much better. Thanks. June 2023: First of all, my complaint is not the food. This new drive thru is horrible. Takes longer to get your food for sure. Tonight, I was in the drive-thru line with one car ahead of me. Me and the woman behind me got our food and waited at least 5 minutes before a worker finally asked the woman in front of me to pull off and park to wait for them to bring her food. This is absolutely not the first time that I have been trapped for several minutes behind someone who hasn't gotten their food yet. I can understand a minute or two wait, but more than that affects my food. My food was lukewarm when I got home, living less than 10 minutes away.

Great food. Surprisingly long line this morning. No outdoor order takers maybe why.

There was a very long line to order inside but at times they only had one person taking orders. We were just passing through town after staying at the Hilton down the road. Our order was wrong but they were very nice in correcting it.

Traffic lined up around the block, people lined up around the walls inside. Still ordered and got our food in probably 10 minutes tops and we had a order for 5 people. Outstanding service and top notch experience. A+

To me, hands down the Best Chicken around. Sandwich or nuggets you can't go wrong. Great sauces. I love there BBQ sauce. Staff are great and always friendly.

Friendly staff, very quick service, great food. The parking lot is a little convoluted, but when the staff gets people in and out of the drive through so quickly, it doesn't cause too much of a wait to get through the parking lot.
