Visiting from out of town and wanted some BBQ on our way to family. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly! Would come back again (and recommend to my friends)

The customer service was phenomenal! Easy ordering and pickup. I ordered the wing tip plate for $15. HUGE portions and the tips were delicious! I’m a very hard to please person but my expectations were blown away by the sauce for the tips and the customer service! 9/10 will attend again!

The only negative was that they were out of the smoked Mac and cheese for my order so I had to go with smoked spaghetti. It was delicious. Ordered ribs, smoked sausage sandwich, baked beans, fries and greens as well. Everything was tasty! The staff was super friendly.

I would get the grilled chicken,extra seasoning EVERYDAY if I didn't have bills lol I LOVE LOVE the Neely's,Great people who CARE about their service,A Real staple in our communities

Passing thru Memphis and had to try some of some of the regions renowned BBQ. Coming from central Texas, not usually too impressed with BBQ from outside our borders but Neely’s was a tremendous surprise! Wife had pulled pork sandwich and I had the pork ribs. Smoked to perfection and falling off the bone! Been to many BBQ competitions and Nellys is right there with Franklins & Salt Lick in Austin. Cherry on top is their baked beans…ono! Extremely friendly folks and I highly recommend this place!

We stopped here from word of mouth from other friends. This is definitely a must go to place. Ken and May made us feel at home & took the time to visit. The smoked spaghetti was out of this world & the smoked greens was like nothing I have ever tasted. Definitely will come back several times. May even have to make a special trip from Little Rock to eat here.

Delightful experience with excellent customer service, fresh and delicious food, and overall an extremely positive visit. I was addressed by name several times by the very sweet hostess, making sure I had everything I needed and everything was OK. I wasn't sure if they were open at first, I arrived a little before noon and CLOSED signs were up even tho all online notices said they opened at 11. But at noon the open signs came on. Still being very Covid cautious with limited seating, beverages and condiments. Rib tips were meaty, fries were crisp and fresh and not too salty. Excellent meal!

Greeted with a smile and warm southern welcome. The tea was sweet and food was good. The owner and server entertained me with conversation and their family pride added greater value. The pictures speak for themselves.
