Welcome to the neighborhood! As a resident downtowner, this place could easily become a favorite.
We went on an early weeknight. The renovation from Double J's is incredible. Great, clean, smoke-free. There is an expansive bar, tvs on the wall and in each booth (individually controlled!). I had the jambayla with crawfish etoufee. Spicy with ample crawfish. Excellent. Wife had grilled Chicken w/ polenta. Tender, cut with fork. Our son had Claybrook farm filet. The best local beef around. Plenty of beer in tap along with other spirits and wine.
Staff was great. Fantastic addition to the South Main District. Looking forward to next visit on weekend with live music.
There is an upstairs with outdoor balcony and patio.
May try to convince owners to build a Saturday & Sunday morning soccer on tv brunch crowd.

We were visitors to Memphis. When I walked in I expected nothing more than bar food. I ended up with a fantastic meal of grilled redfish, lump crab meat, asparagus and risotto. Our cocktails were just as memorable - "The Front Porch" (drink) started from a homemade simple syrup with thyme infused local honey. Incredible. Our server never neglected us and the chef came out and spoke with us. It was a memorable night and we will definitely go back.
Had the sweet heat chicken sammie by suggestion, it was incredible and exactly what you want from a spicy chicken sammie. Also had the BBQ loaded fries, 🔥. My cousin had the gumbo which I tried and was fantastic as well, I will definitely be back because the menu sounds incredible. Fast, friendly service too
I loved this little place filled with character & characters! Can't wait to go back for more of those incredible pork tacos & elote dip. Their fries are killer good...best I've had in ages from any establishment!
Hidden gem!!!❤️
Date night at The Vault!!! Martini and draft beer…✔️!! Great Food…✔️!! Great atmosphere…✔️!! Our server/bartender Tyson was great, she makes an awesome martini. She recommended the Spinach Artichoke Dip with Crabmeat. Chef Derk Merztler out did himself with the French Dip and Vault Chopped Salad w/Shrimp. The au jus was deep and rich. The grilled shrimp was perfection. This place is just down from the Arcade and The Cheesecake Corner on G.E.Patterson. IT IS A MUST SEE!!!!!
I've never been to a bar that let's me choose what I want to watch on TV so that was super cool. The staff was pretty friendly. I had the catfish plate which was good but you can really taste the pickle brine. Also a carafe for $15?! Brunch me please.
Was pleasantly suprised eating here. The Vault has a comfortable sports bar atmosphere with TV's and remotes at the tables. The food was creative and tasty, loved that the brunch options automatically come with fresh fruit instead of something heavy and green. Will have to visit again to try the dinner options!
The food was amazing and well priced, the people were nice, and the atmosphere was chill with blues playing while some quiet people drank at the bar. We went for lunch and it was pretty empty. Would love to come more often.
The food was pleasant enough and the staff is very friendly. I docked a star because this establishment needs a little TLC. The buffalo cauliflower and crawfish mac’n’cheese did not disappoint.
The food was very delicious and Larry the cook did a wonderful job.

Excellent food for excellent prices. Everything we had hit.
Also had a great bartender. She had great recommendations, was very nice and personable.
Finally if you're a sports fan, they have TVs with games everywhere.
It really checked all the boxes for me. Will return for sure.
