This is the best bakery in this area. Today, we got there late, but the waitress still served us and was so sweet and patient with my mom. I just love the quality of the food and good service.
Semi-Early Saturday morning and the cases were being restocked with warm fresh pastries. I highly recommend the Almond poppyseed creation. Not quite a croissant, but not your plain pastry. It was excellent. And of course I picked up a couple macroons and a petit four , for brunch tomorrow. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I stopped by this long-standing institution today to pick up some chicken salad and egg and olive salad for sandwiches. What an incredible new layout.
It’s been a year or so since I’ve been here, but it has the same friendly, quaint feel and atmosphere it’s always had. The bread, soup, and freshly made sandwich spreads are wonderful.
The expanded section has added capacity and the store can handle even more sit down and walk up customers. Plus it has an outdoor patio area to enjoy as well. Love the changes and the staff was friendly as always.
This is a cute French bakery. I really like the atmosphere where it's located and the staff is nice. I like their lattes and they've had some really interesting pastries and sweets that I want to try like the biscoff cheesecake. Last time I came here I got a lemon tart and a cheese danish, both really good and I've also had their breakfast sandwich on a croissant.
Enjoyed having a meal in a pleasant environment. Sat near the window. A beautiful view. My lemon tart and tuna salad was delicious. The music was so relaxing. It was hard to leave. The cashier was polite and it was very clean inside.
This place is amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The bakery items are delicious and fresh. I would highly recommend the fruit tarts. Their lunch menus is nice. Their chicken salad is so good. The service is fast and friendly. Its a really great place to come have a relaxing lunch.

French bakery in Memphis area. I visited today to get some breakfast. The French onion soup comes with some slices of baguette. That was fantastic. The croissant was pretty good too. But the best one was the chocolate tart. I asked for another chocolate pastry, however the server lady misunderstood and gave me another one which I discovered after coming home. The chocolate swirl on the tart is made up of real chocolate. It’s not too sweet and tastes very good. I will again go back to try some different stuff. Don’t miss this place, if you are around. They have huge selection of cakes and desserts.
Update: I visited on Sunday, in the morning to grab some quick breakfast. There was nothing much available except croissant sandwich and stuff in the counter. We ate a croissant breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon. It was decent, nothing over the top. The regular coffee was very basic and underwhelming. The lemon tart was also pretty decent.
In my next visit I ate the quiche and chicken salad sandwich. The quiche was very filling and tasty, whereas the chicken salad was underwhelming.
The Chicken Caesar Wrap is a great sandwich! They have a special of the day and a sandwich menu that offers selections that are fantastic too. The bakery side of this establishment has some delicious pastries, or different kinds of bread for your meal choices at home. I wish I could give them a 10+ rating.
My Mom is always talking about this place and I’m glad I finally went! It was delicious! The blackberry macarons were to die for! Also got a strawberry pound cake plus other little pastries. For lunch I had a cup of French onion soup “Chef kiss” can’t wait until I’m able to come back and try some more stuff! Also tried out some fancy bottled water ;)
my favorite patisserie/boulangerie! i usually order lunch, but their bakery is great too. the food’s pretty simple but the ingredients are really nice quality. amazing service and the atmosphere is so cute and unique, it’s like you’ve stepped into a little french alleyway

It probably is pricy for the quantity, But the food is really good and unique. The new house chips are great addition to the sandwich. The atmosphere is a “calming one” and the sweets are superb.
