Saddler is the best!!! I had pulled beef quesadillas and they were so good! Cocktails were amazing too.
Great food, excellent service. Tried three meat Tacos built my way, with a bit of everything and medium spicy sauce. The nachos were really good but the egg rolls were the best. Highly recommend if you like Tacos.
Enjoyed my sister's birthday dinner; lots of laughter, drinks and food. My order included the Eggrolls (which were delicious); Street Tacos (which were not delicious: tortillas fell apart upon first touch, meat was rubbery, the rice was hard); and Pineapple Tequila Sunrise (very delicious). The Raspberry Margarita (photo below) was also a pleasant delight.
Food is always great when my partner and I eat here. Margaritas are amazing nice and strong. Unfortunately you order get them to go anymore. We’ve only dined in twice every other time has been to go but the food is always great and the employees are polite. They are on time with mobile orders.
We had to wait a bit for our food but it was worth it! The food was so delicious and the staff was so kind keeping us updated while we waited. The owner was there and was doing a fantastic job behind the grill! Loved his attitude and personality! We will absolutely be coming back!
Wish it had a dance floor to go with that bar and great music. Just a little watery from my meat selection. But it was still good. Our server forgot our taco stands
The food was very good. We were surprised because they were very few employees working. The manager apologized to us. We hadn't been here in a while to eat and it had changed. I thought the last time we came we were seated by a hostess. This time there was almost no one in the building. So we almost left, but then we decided we'd give it a try. I'm glad we did. The people who WERE there were very courteous and helpful And the food was actually delicious. We will go back. I hope they are able to solve their staffing shortage.
Good food and service, but not like everyone remembers back 6-7 years ago. The place is dark and plays loud music from the 1980’s, not that it is bad, but not that classic 80’s we enjoyed. It looks dirty, and not up to par. Does not accept cash either, so when you need a $2 worth of sour cream, don’t really want to use the credit card
We went early for dinner or late for lunch. We ate burrito bowls. The ingredients were fresh & tasty. The fellow behind the counter was very helpful to explain which ingredients might be too spicy for us, etc. It was a good experience all around & we will go back!
Carrefour at Kirby is still thriving despite the economy and Swanky's taco shop is still some of the best authentic Taco restaurants in Memphis. I came in today and got the egg rolls for a change. They tortillas are always fried lightly and so crispy, you can count on the ingredients being fresh. The salsa and spicy ranch are so good you can dip anything in them but go perfect with the egg rolls. They might be an appetizer but it's plenty to fill you up.
What I like about this place is that you can either build your own taco or burrito or bowl, or you can choose one from their menu and their food from their grill. I particularly liked the crawfish tacos. I haven't seen that many other places.
It's a very laid back and chill place with a bar.
