It was truly worth the wait! Line was longer than normal but orderly and swift. The staff was very courteous and the rice krispy in the line was a definite treat. Kudos for handling the crowd and with quality pizza!! Met a few people in line that made the time seem so short.
I cannot eat at every Pizza place because of health issues related to cheese. At Pyro's I can enjoy a pizza with or without cheese. That's a win win situation for me. the staff is friendly and about the business of service, the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. Love It!!!
Tried this brick oven pizza place for the first time, and I was impressed! I choose to build my own pizzas, but they also have a menu you can choose from as well. I made three different pizzas, and each one was good. A couple of things I would say is I would've like to of known my choices so if they had labels up it would have made it so much easier to know what my options were, and also I felt very rushed from the employees running the line. Other than that amazing pizza!!
Awesome place for pizza! Ordering was fast as was cooking time. Staff was friendly. Pizza was absolutely delicious!! Plus, you can watch the planes flying in above you if you sit at the front of the restaurant! Would definitely eat here again!

So a business colleague and I decided to try somewhere new for lunch. We decided on PYROS’s on Union. Neither of us has ever had it before, and I can say, we made a great lunch decision. There was a manager there, by the name of Tabbie, who made our experience great from the time we entered until we left. Our food came to the table piping hot and fresh. We were checked on multiple times to see if we needed anything else, such as sauces, napkins, etc. The salad bar had so many options and the pizza varieties seemed endless. Thank you so much to Tabbie and her crew for this awesome first time dining experience. She’s a keeper should be recognized for going above and beyond, as she so kindly did for us!!! Great job Pyro’s!!!
Great fire roasted pizza, the ingredients are fresh and prepared right in front of you, it tastes absolutely delicious. Me and my brother actually went two nights in a row. The atmosphere is modern and family friendly,

Where do I start. This was my first visit to Pyro's ever and I do not live in Memphis. I absolutely LOVED IT. I was on vacation for Spring Break. Me, my daughters and a family friend visited this location for two days straight and it was just as good the 2nd time as it was the first. The staff was AMAZING and were very patient with each of us. This was first experience with brick oven pizza and they did not disappoint. I would rate them 10 if it was available and I am very hard to please. I had the same build your pizza both Wednesday, March15th and March 16th and both were made by two different employees; I enjoyed both.
I visit this location on a weekly basis. The atmosphere is always friendly and prompt. I witnessed an irate customer, who threatened a manager’s job security, just because he ordered his pizza wrong. He attempted to fault the staff, when it was actually his mistake. Like every establishment, there are hiccups, such as materials being out or a shortage of a specialty item. I am here to say, no matter what this restaurant may lack upon my visit, they always find a way to make up for what they may not have in stock. I especially appreciate a particular manager, who goes out of her way for every single customer. Ms Tabbie greets me and all other customers with a smile and courtesy. I will be back!!!! Keep up the great work y’all!!!
