I ate there this evening, for the fourth time. This place is a real find. As I commented to the owner, eating here is like attending a concert by an opera star: you know that you will not hear one wrong note the entire evening. The food is always simply perfect: flavors, textures, creative use of ingredients, presentation. I would expect to pay three or four times this much in New York for the same meal. The co-owner and chef, Julliet Bhupesh, who trained in Europe and has an extensive résumé of executive chef assignments, will personally come to your table while you are enjoying her incredible cookery and explain the concept of the place to you. What is obvious is the intense energy and creativity that Ms. Bhupesh puts into every dish she serves. The restaurant inhabits a compact space but is steadily building a discerning clientele of loyal customers who appreciate a fine dining experience. Julles Posh is not to be missed.
Awesome healthy food. They have catered several events I have attended. Food and presentation was spectacular. Their staff is friendly and very professional. Their restaurant and store in Memphis is great place to eat or pick up some meals to take home.
My friend took me to this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. The interior design is bright, clean and modern. I had the pleasure to talk to one of the owner, M.K. He is extremely friendly. Currently, his restaurant only open till 3pm. They serve lunch and prepacked entrees for reheat. We ordered the snapper and a moroccan chicken. The dishes were made with fresh and fine quality ingredients. The food plating was exquisite. We took home half a dozen of the scrumptious triple chocolate cookies, a few dozens of chocolate covered dates, energy bar and the almond bars. Everything taste so good. We will return again next time we are in town.
Jules Posh food is a really neat spot for a healthy and a very delicious experience. The owner is kind and courteous, the staff who brought my dishes out was pleasant and warm to interact with. The best part is the food. I had the chicken chili soup and the Salmon Shrimp Cake Organic Arugula Salad & Pomegranate Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges Honey Crisp Apple with Citrus Dressing. The salad was unique and so tasty, the salmon-shrimp cake was amazing'ly cooked.
It's a place one should check out and if I lived in the area, this would be a place I would frequent.
This place is incredible!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Friendly staff that care about what you eat. If you live in this area, you are blessed! I’ll be back when I’m in town next. If you are looking for a great place to eat, no need to look further:)

This place is a lifesaver for quick dinners! I’ve tried several healthy options and this is far and away the most flavorful and delicious meals I’ve ever had. I love to eat these meals during the work week to maximize my downtime. I can’t wait to patronize MK as long as I’m in Memphis!

What a great surprise!! My wife and I stopped here for the first time today and it was delicious. Both of our meals were healthy and we didn’t have to sacrifice flavor for it! P.S. The date truffles are incredible. We bought 2 for dessert then bought 4 more to take home with us. You won’t be disappointed with this spot.
I highly recommend them for any corporate or elevated event catering needs. Presentation and taste are always exceptional and the owners and staff are great to work with!

Such great, flavorful, clean and healthy food! The restaurant was impeccably clean and tastefully put together. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Place is so good, I am debating on staying in Memphis longer, just so I can come eat here one more time! Can’t wait for my next trip to the area so I can come enjoy their food again!
Right now my school program is taking a lot of my time and I can't meal prep during project/exam weeks. This place really comes in handy, the food is extremely well prepared, well rounded and healthy. I don't feel hungry after eating and it doest take a long time to make the meals. I heat them in the microwave and they come out so delicious. I rather use this as an option during busy weeks then do uber eats or frozen store meals. So far I like what I picked out, but the dill chicken and large breakfast quiche are my favorites. My only suggestion is that the website be more user friendly, I have to click to many times to add an item to my cart.
