Huey's Downtown

We seated ourselves almost immediatelyand were quickly greeted by the staff. Our orders were taken and drinks were brought out immediately. Both orders were exactly what we were hoping for! I had the sunshine burger 🍔 and tots.. They were absolutely delicious! Tots were the crispiest I've ever had, and the over medium egg was the first really "over-medium" perfection I've experienced outside of home!

Truly great stop and worth the visit. The family enjoyed each of their meals. A "Madison" for my wife, "Nachos" for our chip princess, "Kids Burger" for little man and I chose the world renowned "Huey Burger". I also ordered onion rings. We chose the "Spinach & Artichoke dip" as an appetizer. The server Asia, was great. She was responsive and friendly. If we are in the area again, we will try other items on the menu.

Decent little pub for a quick bite and drink. We had the catfish basket and beef dip While there was more catfish than expected, it was mediocre. It was not near as crisp as it could or should have been. The fries were also fairly soggy and barely warm. Both of these could have been solved by better prep/deep frying. The beef dip was good, but same issue with the fries. Also to note, fries are not the default side, you choose your side as an add on. Our server was excellent! Washrooms were clean.

I’ll start off by saying I don’t recommend/review/comment on too many things because I have a real job and a real life, with a family, which are far more important. However I felt the need to do so here, so take it for whatever it’s worth. They were able to accommodate my order that was a bit far fetched. Food was amazing as well as the atmosphere. Bartender and servers were also both amazing. A great gem In Memphis and I’d encourage anyone to go here. At the minimum just give it a try. I don’t think you’ll regret it.

It was a little busy. But, the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly I felt right at home. It's was absolutely more than anyone could ask for and I haven't even mentioned how great their pricing is on everything! 13$ pitchers all day long on some of your favorite beers. I was %100 pleased. Recommend for anyone visiting Memphis Tennessee.

This was a fun establishment and had a great family atmosphere about it. The service was great. The prices, a little high, but not terrible for a historical tourist area. The hamburgers, fries, and fried chicken salad were among the best we have had. The alcoholic drinks were spot on. *NOTE: A 4* was given for the food due to the quality of the chili. It was not very good; very greasy and had very little flavor and was over-priced.
