Such a creative menu. Got the General Tso cauliflower, the bao bun chicken, and the duck patty melt. And oh those homemade and seasoned fries!!! It was all outstanding and the popcorn they brought to the table for us to have was soooooo good! We were vacationing and only wish we lived closer so that
This place is turning into one of my faves! The atmosphere is great. There’s a lot of spots to get a nice picture. They offer ample seating choices; from the bar, patio, table etc. Parking is on the street! Be careful not the park in the parking lot on the side of the building, as that is private pa
Atmosphere is chill music playing but you can still have a conversation. Service was excellent (Hugo). The Duck Rice was delish if just a touch salty. Husband got the Lola Bowl and what I tasted was VERY YUMMY. I got the Curry Bowl…if I was at home I would have licked the plate clean 😜. It was SO FL
I love eating at SOB when we visit Memphis. A hidden gem, you'll thank me when your check comes! My favorite dish is the Mushroom Pasta😍 The philly cheese steak egg rolls are delicious. Having philly cheese steaks on a regular growing up, they pressure
SOB Downtown was a great place for dinner. We had a private dining experience which we were treated like royalty. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and provided the best recommendations for our meals. Our appetizers were absolutely delicious and could have been the main course. The Philly
We picked this partly because you can make online reservations. We had a show to catch at The Orpheum at 7:30, and I wanted to make sure wherever we decided to eat was within walking distance of the show and there wouldn't be too long of a wait. Reservations seem to be becoming a thing of the past,
The popcorn that they give you upon seating is divine! Very well seasoned and very easy to make vanish before you realize how much of it you ate! lol We ordered the chicken bao and an SOB burger for each of us. The burger was pretty good, and the server explained the sauce as “basically Big Mac sau
Absolutely amazing! After cruising Beale St and realizing that wasn't the place for us, we found this gem just a couple blocks south. Trendy atmosphere, fancy drinks, and delicious food.
Found this place because it was a short walk from our hotel. It has a nice, quaint ambiance, good for many types of outings. The dining room isn't huge though, so make a reservation. The food was amazing. Our server Hugo was a gem. For drinks, my wife had The People's Elbow, and I had the Bitterswee
Fantastic food. This was the best meal we had in Memphis. The cauliflower is exceptional. The mushroom pasta and salmon dishes were also excellent. Hugo was very informative on the history of the restaurant. I heartily recommend visiting if you are in Memphis.
Tried a new food experience. General Tso’s cauliflower. All I can say is WoW!! a blast of flavors and a new fav for Memphis eats.
Would give this place 4.5 stars if I could. Food is always good, service is good. Just has very little character, feels very cookie cutter. If you're looking for a safe bet for good food and good service, SOB is a great option. If you're looking for a fun, interesting dining experience consider oth
Great spot! Very cool vibe and absolutely delicious food. Had the cauliflower appetizer and the mushroom pasta. Both were great. However, the Espresso Martini was absolutely off the chain!! It was so good that I couldn’t take a picture before I started drinking it. It’s a unique recipe that the ba
This was our first time at SOB, and it was more than I could have asked for. I had an awesome birthday celebration at SOB. This was one of the best birthdays I have had a very long time. We had a private room, which was they brought popcorn out with cinnamon as an appetizer. To my surprise, it was
For my bday weekend, we decided to come to Memphis. We spotted SOB and there are no regrets. I had the SOB burger, hubs had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. We also had the Philly steak eggrolls. ...the sauce was awesome. Highly recommend .
Arrived and asked the hostess if we can sit on the couches if we are just drinking. Was told yes but say there for 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. Finally got a table and everything was great. Our server was super nice and informative. Tried some great drinks and the duck fried rice
SOB! BUSTIN’! I ate here for the first time as I was lowkey celebrating a personal accomplishment. THIS STEAK WAS FIRE! Their special “SOB” sauce was FIRE! The mashed potatoes…. WAS FIRE! The bartender CHAYSE….. WAS FIRE! The whole staff was fire. I can’t make this up. I definitely Recommend pe
First time here after years of hearing my colleagues talk about the place. 10/10 recommended. They have popcorn covered in cinnamon which was a unique experience. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and loved it.
This was our first restaurant in Memphis! We finished our distillery tour at Old Dominick and were looking for a place nearby. It did not disappoint. A variety of great options including vegetarian. Our server was also super friendly! The only draw back was that it was a bit loud. If you are looking
