1 star is too much for this poor crumbling place they call a job. All the staff there and especially the old hag carry so much negativity. I can't even go there and order a simple drink with out a rude lady yelling or telling me how to make an order like I've never made an order before. This place is in dire need of new management and employees. I wouldn't doubt if they've neglected anyone's food, for I too have worked at fast food restaurants and bk is just one twisted mess. They'll drop your patty on the disgusting wet sticky greasy floors and still serve it!!!! I've never felt so sick in my life. I couldn't believe that humanity would be so cruel in the food industry. I recommend that no one ever goes to this bk and find some where better . I tried my best to not retaliate after the old lady kept being persistently rude after simply questioning her why is she giving me an attitude for? Was just told that I won't be getting service and to leave. Never again.

This place has been my almost daily breakfast/lunch stop. No more. The last couple of weeks there has been nothing but attitude and what appears to be some kind of mental breakdown of the person who I assume to be the general manager. I blew it off as being short handed, struggling, whatever. I regularly get shorted on sauces that I paid extra for, no napkins, I've received half cooked nuggets, and on and on. I've never made a complaint because I understand that everyone has staffing issues right now. Today was the last straw. The car in front of me pulled out of line, I waited a moment and pulled up to the speaker and, wow, what a greeting! Something along the lines of "go ahead with I your order". I started with my order and was told (very rudely) "wait a minute ", fair enough. She then repeated my one item, and I said I wasn't done ordering, you told me "wait a minute ". I then started to place the rest of my order, thought twice, and said never-mind. I pulled off and will NEVER return.

I'll never understand how the other place is always busy. The ability to order via the app and either walk in or drive through to get your order is great. Excellent deals to be had as well as expedited service. I've been going to this spot on and off for over 20 years. Never once had an issue that wasn't addressed.

I walked in to place my order and waiting about 4 minutes and not even acknowledged. I know they are short staff but an acknowledgement can go far instead of feeling like you are being ignored. Before I left, one employee, with colorful hair said under "It is going to be a long wait. " as she was going out to deliver an order for a drive thru customer.

Fries were garbage and overcooked. Person taking orders rushed you thru your order. You feel like "that's all" because of the pressures of them asking after every item ordered if that's it. I had to finish my order at the cashier window because I wasn't done at the ordering window. Then they sling the items at you to push you out the line. I get it's fast food but you're welcome goes a long way when the customer says thanks....

Absolutely zero ability to do mobile orders. Manager is running drive thru. Blond older woman. She has no personality and take no accountability for her personal failures. Employees making the food seem to be hitting homeruns. Tasty food and done when system tells them. Manager acts like she hates her job and absolutely cares less about anyone that comes in. I'll avoid this BK at ll costs.
