Mcdonald's

I had a simple order, my drink was given to the car in front of me, they gave it back, I had a medium diet coke, they actually had 4 large drinks. They were asked to pull around front to wait for the rest of their order. I was handed a sprite, I asked for the diet coke I had ordered and was told to pull around front and they would bring it to me, I was surprised that I had to pull around for a drink. I waited for about 10 minutes, the people in front waited too, finally they came out with the order in front of me and the order behind me! I asked where my drink was and he had no idea, I just left without it. By the time I got home everything was barely warm, the hamburger patties are smaller than the bun, my big Mac was thrown together, the fish sandwich was over cooked, with minimal tartar and not even a half slice of cheese.

New staff sucks, poor customer service. My card was charged and I was waiting for the receipt per usual and after 4 min of sitting there while the lady is just standing there at the window I ask am I getting a receipt ? She says oh we don't have receipt paper. Why wouldn't you tell me that instead of letting me sit there for nothing ? Just pure stupidity. Where are the robots already?? Half the time they mess up the order too.
