Dunkin'

They got my coffee order wrong. One coffee. No big deal, right? When I mentioned this to the employees at the drive thru they told me I needed to drive away as I was holding up the line of customers. They said that to me repeatedly. Also, I went there the previous day, ordered the same exact thing and paid almost two bux less. Yep. When I mentioned this to them at the drive thru the response I got was, "prices go up all the time." Ridiculous. Thanks for the experience, Dunkin'. Your nasty employees reminded me just how great the coffee is that comes out of my own kitchen. Hassle and attitude free. Just how I like it.

Ignored by female worker, had Lyft waiting expressed my concern. Female fixed male his drink while DD male took just 1/2 my order ... ran around, older woman came out...time just passing...no one else even in the store! Hot decaf was empty..?? so he had to put new grounds to make some. I was running on time now so I yelled just use caffeine! The girl pours residue of decaf and adds my cream and sugar...something in my gut told me to check...the coffee was lukewarm! The man, without saying I was a liar, said no it was fresh. I told him to stop saying I'm lying and stick his finger in it...he did and then speaking with the girl in "their language" rude! She makes me a fresh HOT cup. My driver wasn't happy and it cost me more for my ride with Lyft. KP

Poor customer service. I go into order a small latte and donut and after ordering my latte he said anything else I repeated the donut again the older gentleman taking my order goes Yeah?! I said anything else I said no that was it . I then was paying with Apple Pay and his machine was not working and he started huffing and puffing thinking it was my fault . He made it extremely uncomfortable to try and finish paying so I just said forget it . I have worked In the customer service food industry for 7+ years as a store manager and would never make a paying customer feel uncomfortable because our machine is not working . Not sure who the guy was bald older gentleman dressed as a manager and if that’s the Case he needs better training on customer service ! Will never return to this Dunkin again .
