The Hamburgers And Fries Were Delicious along with the milkshakes. But it's very Expensive I have never spend $70 on 3 double cheese burgers 3 large fires and 3 large milkshakes usually comes out to $40 dollars at other fast food restaurants. The extra fries that they throw in the bag can't complain about that but they don't even throw ketchup mini bags to go with your fires Apart from that they forgot to make my 3 large milkshakes good thing I double checked my bags and I had my receipt and received my 3 missing large milkshakes.

Ordered a Bacon Burger and they gave me a Bacon Cheeseburger. These are clearly 2 different items on the menu and this kind of a mistake should not be made. Ordered online so it was delivered via doordash, so all 5 guys could say was "We can make you another one, when will you be here to pick it up?" If I could pick it up, I wouldn't have ordered for delivery in the first place. They would not send replacement out for delivery. I asked instead for a refund, they did not even apologize for their error. Will not go here again, this is the 3rd time they've made this mistake, so I've given them chances to show they can be great.

Usually, I enjoy 5 guys but today went to melrose park, il store and the burger was undercooked (pink in the middle) and given minimal fries (ordered a small frie and given fries that filled the small frie cup....2 fries at the bottom of the bag). Very disappointing for a $15 single burger, sm fries and drink

I love five guys, but my first time at this location. I wanted my burger seasoned with the Cajun seasoning that they use, but was told No...Why? I'm spending my money here and asking the staff to season my burger..It's about making the customer happy right?? I spent $15 dollars and was not satisfied and why are you not able to season my burger!!!!
