Charcoal Pit Burgers Brunswick

One word: awesome you have got to try this place otherwise you are missing out! The food tastes reaaaally great. If you ask me what food i should recommend, i honestly dont know cuz everything on the menu tastes amazing. I got some vietnamese dishes, the honey chicken, bbq ribs,... Customer service is good too and everyone is so friendly. The restaurant is in the corner so it’s very easy to find! I’ll definitely come here again🤤

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. I decided to visit after doing some detective work when we got some food from here on UberEats. Make no mistake the food here is great. The baby maker burger for me is probably the best burger I've had in Melbourne having tried all of the usual suspects. Good beer selection, Mac and cheese, what more could you want or need?

Came here to try the limited rib dog and it did not disappoint. The beef rib was literally fall off the bone and very well flavoured. The mac and cheese added the creamy component and the pickled onions and jalapenos added the tang. My only complaint with the rib dog was that it could of done with either more pickles or a tangy sauce to add the final oomph to it. The fries were amazing. The seasoning was close to shaker fries and the chips were nice and crisp. The service was good but they do have a slight miserable vibe to them.

Well worth the walk, ignore the ho-hum fit-out and trust that the bbq is delicious. I had the beef ribs, coleslaw, and a side of garlic bread, it was all very good. The flavour of the ribs was good, there was none of the over-aggressive salting or spice rub that you can sometimes get, just a good balance. The bbq sauce that came with did a good job of cutting the fatty flavour, again without overpowering the meat.
