The new promotional material is odd. But it really works with their tagline satisfy your strange, which attracts alot of newbies. The store has been there for a while but the overall store is well maintained. I always go for their lychee GT with mix of Herbal Jelly and Lychee Jelly. The taste of the toppings really compliment the drink well.

My most favorite Chatime!
The drinks are fresh and consistent taste, the staffs are friendly, and the location is the best one to find.
Only sometimes might wait quite long if it's crowded, but still reasonable.
Try Taro Milk Tea with Custard (and pearl if you like) and the Earl Grey Milk Tea is sooo fragrant.

Service was friendly and quick, but I'm never getting drinks from Chatime again. I've never had such a watered down milk tea, and I ordered the Thai milk tea with no ice. Used to love their Thai milk tea, didn't think it would be so bad after a few years.

I ordered a lychee frozen with no sugar yesterday, the staff do me a full sugar one at the beginning. After I asked, they told me that normally only half sugar available, so that the label didn’t show sugar level. Then, they told me the potential possibility of uneven stirring and do me a no sugar one. That is my first time try frozen with lychee flavor, tastes good, will come again.

This place is absolutely amazing. Chatime did a really good job here at QV, the atmosphere is nice, warm and cosy and the staff is really friendly, their milk tea/teas option is amazing, and also tastes really good. This place is probably the best bubble tea store in the whole of Australia.
