Domino's Pizza

Domino's Pizza in Bentleigh is a pretty good Pizza Place when comparing to other Domino's, I couldn't really compare it with a lot of privately owned Pizza Places as the qualities are entirely different, Domino's is more like a fast food chain of Pizza Places 🍕 One thing I will say though is that I haven't had any bad experiences with this store as of yet, also the Menu has been expanding more and more over time and there are some really good Flavours to choose from. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

I came into Domino’s today for a takeaway pizza. The customer service was brilliant, the manager Alex helped me choose a pizza as my previous favourite has been removed from the menu. I had a few amendments to the toppings and all of them were fulfilled. I highly recommend coming to this dominos, great staff, great pizza and great prices!

We’ve been regulars here for the last 6-7 years and it used to be consistent. Recently it’s been very random - often they would deliver 20+ mins before you had scheduled it. Tonight it was 20+ mins late - I rang to work out what was going on - and complained why it was so late when I had ordered 90+ mins before (we often order when we get home and we know we’re going to have pizza). However - I was told by some nobody staff member that I had only just ordered - and was basically told I was a liar. That was the point I gave up on this company. What is this country turning into when honest customers are being told they are liars - when it’s their company that is late delivering. I was annoyed when I rang (because it was late)… but I was actually offended when I was told I wasn’t telling the truth. Also when the pizzas did arrive they were almost completely cold. They lost us FOREVER.
