The Art Of Fried Chicken

Hands the juiciest and tastiest fried chicken around. I love how it's so juicy and not dry. The crunch is spot on and the flavour leaves you coming back for more. The spicy is quite spicy so be careful there. And the chips are second to none, it's thick and also has so much crunch. I'm getting hungry again just thinking about the food as I write this review.

Went there on a tuesday at 5 pm .. ordered 2 pieces fried chicken and got the most horrible tasting chicken i ever had in my life. When i told the person working there at the counter that the fried chicken was soggy .. he said “thats the way its cooked”. So please please dont go to the joint at flemington atleast. Cant comment on other joints but this one was the worst. Absolutely love this place! I usually order on UberEats, and once in awhile I come in the store to eat, particularly on Fridays after a few drinks with the mates. I love the potato gems and the art burger and would recommend 10/10. I've been eating at this place almost since the start.. I do miss the chicken with bones and the other fillets but the currently fillets are pretty good, but still prefer the old ones :(. The staff are very energetic and attentive, sometimes gets flustered when there are too many orders but I have noticed if they make people wait awhile, they are very apologetic and sincere. Love it! Keep up the good work!

Delicious, flavoursome and mouth watering fried chicken that keeps you coming back for more. Incredibly addictive flavour... you won’t be able to stop at one! Chicken fillets are always cooked to perfection, with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Definitely the best fried chicken going around. Do yourself a favour and get on it! You will be SAT-IS-FIED!

My favourite fried chicken comes from this place! It's so tasty, juicy, tender and a huge slice to boot. No other fried chicken can compare to the chicken that comes from this place. I got the normal flavour chicken and the honey soy ribs plus come chips. P. S. I used ubereats to get my chicken home that's why it's in a bowl.

Some of the best fried chicken we’ve ever had! These guys have killed it out of a food truck for the last couple years and have just setup a full time store in Flemington. They have a huge variety of flavours and sauces to compliment their INCREDIBLY JUICY chicken. You can order chicken on the bone or boneless variety’s as well as two different types of burgers. Our favourite was ‘The Burger’ which had a delicious Vietnamese slaw that complimented the chicken perfectly. Great addition to the growing Flemington food scene!
