Great food and great service - one of the best restaurants in the best burrito chain in Melbourne. Typically very busy around lunchtime (and with good reason!) but the staff still make sure to give generous helpings and a hello.

I eat here for lunch pretty regularly. It is always good. Admittedly, sometimes the build is better than other times. But for the most part, the good outweigh the bad. I like to get the crunchy tacos or a naked burrito. The nachitos are a good value too.

Terrible. They reduced the portion of the burrito to half what they had last year. The staff is not filling the bowl at all. They just pretend to be filling the stuffing but they dont. Very disappointed. Used to love this chain but seems like things are going downhill for the brand. The portion size reduced to half is unacceptable

I love the food since they opened the first shop in crown st Sydney. The staff in Melbourne was not friendly at all, under stress maybe it wasn’t crowded. I wasn’t allowed to put all ingredients in the quesadilla as I always did and the lady just wrapped it before i finished my order. I’m the customer and I decide what I want to eat. Very disgraceful staff.

Pathetic food n poor service at the counter esp during lunch hour. Rushing to take order, 2 people asking questions n expecting to answer them both at the same time..Ends up making a mess of ur order

I had a bacon breakfast burrito and it was amazing. An essential as a hangover cure. I also had a pretty good soy flat white. Awesome breakfast option.

The amount of filling is less everytime I go. No worries on overloading on the rice though. Poorly wrapped so everything spills. The franchising of this place should be seriously reconsidered.
