Ice cream lovers can get a range of delectable flavors, which are yummy and super awesome. Although the service isn't that great, nevertheless, the icecream here is really magical and I can't put a finger on that. I tried the pink flamingo one, which tasted like strawberries and kinda minty. Also Don't forget to register yourself on their account to score a free scoop of ice cfeam. Also its inside spencer outlet store so ample of seating area and the ambiance is pretty nice.

Ordered coffee. Almond milk and coffee was burnt. Asked staff about a product and if it had cows milk in it, they assured me that it didn't but when I sort further clarification staff said that it had, having had eaten the product already I couldn't return it. I'm lactose intolerant so you can guess what that means. I'm sorry but staff should know what's in their products (and if they don't they need to ask) and not be rude to customers about something that was their own fault. Don't go here. Go somewhere else where you will get better service.

The service is the worst that you can find in Melbourne. The staff is so rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. They treat you like they are giving the products for free. I would recommend that taste the product then pay for it because it is highly likely that you are not going to like the taste of the product.
